You’ll find some of the best golfing, skiing, hiking, rafting, fishing all within minutes from our front door. Located in beautiful Whitefish, the Hidden Moose Lodge Bed & Breakfast was designed and built to reflect the rustic, rugged history that is Montana, but with all the amenities that make our guests feel right at home. THE LODGE: As the focal point of the Lodge, the Great Room, features a huge 20-foot high river rock fireplace and a vaulted ceiling with massive log truss beams. It has become a favorite place for guests to cozy up to the fire and relax with a glass of wine or catch up on a good book. Large picture windows frame the fireplace and overlook a cascading waterfall. A peek out the windows will find you gazing at a wooded hillside and the occasional grazing deer. Our back deck is the place to enjoy the great outdoors while sipping on a local brew or catching up on the day's events. Featuring a river rock wood burning fireplace, an antique bar and rustic willow furniture. This relaxed setting is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of activities. Our back deck faces a wooded hillside where wildlife abounds. Visits from squirrels and deer are a common occurrence. GUEST ROOMS: Each one of our guest rooms feature a different Montana theme in an upscale rustic decor, from the handcrafted log or iron beds to the unique local artwork that hangs on the walls. All of our rooms feature full private baths, cable TV, DVD player, telephone, mini fridge and decks. Many of our rooms overlook a terraced river rock garden, where guests can enjoy spring and summer beauty in full bloom. AMENITIES: Breakfast: Included in our room rates is a hearty Montana-sized breakfast. From Huckleberry Buttermilk Pancakes to our often requested Hidden Moose Chorizo Quiche, our breakfasts include coffee/tea, fresh fruit, juice and a full entree. Complimentary Evening Beverages: What better way to kick back and unwind after a day of hiking or skiing than with a cold one by a crackling fire or sitting out on our back deck enjoying the summer colors of flowers in bloom.
