NetDescriptionsStarting at Two Medicine Campground, cross the footbridge and take the right fork onto Pitamakan Pass Trail. Taking you along the side of Pray Lake. The trail goes north and along the foot of Rising Wolf Mountain, which stands at 9,513 feet. As you walk along the base of this mountain, you begin to climb toward Oldman Lake. At 2 miles, the trail crosses Dry Creek and the junction of Dry Fork Trail, Oldman Lake , Pitamakan Pass and Two Medicine Campground you are 4 miles from Oldman Lake. Near the 3 mile mark you cross a creek on a footbridge that drains an unnamed lake at the base of Red Mountain. As you climb up the hill out of the forest you will get a view of a beautiful waterfall on Dry Creek. For the next 3 miles you will be walking through the effects of Dry Fork Fire of 1925. At 6 miles you come to trail sign that indicates Oldman Lake to the left and Pitakmakan Pass to the right. Oldman Lake at the base of 8,781 foot Mount Morgan, Pitakmakan Pass, and 9,225 foot Flinsch Peak.
