NetDescriptionsLength: 7.0 miles Trail Begins: Trail Junction 201 Trail Ends: Trail Junction 223 Mortimer Gulch Trail (252) leads to Mortimer Gulch, which is approximately 7 miles and is predominantly open with scattered forest stands of aspen, douglas-fir and lodgepole pine. Large aspen groves dominate the lower reaches of the gulch. The trail is moderately steep most of the way. The trail offer an excellent view south of Sawtooth Ridge, Norwegian and French Gulch and Gibson Reservoir. Obtain a Forest Visitor's map to determine any travel restrictions.
