| NetDescriptions | This newly constructed house has Bill and Rae's glass art and artistic touches incorporated into the design, creating an elegant look and feel. The privacy area includes a fire pit and an outdoor hot tub. The cottage has free Wi-Fi that connects two flat screens and smart TVs with network channels and complimentary Netflix. The bedroom has a wireless soundbar that connects to handheld devices or laptops to stream music; music can also be streamed through either smart TV. We have supplied a variety of books, games, puzzles, and a gaming table when one wants quality time indoors. This cozy cottage has a queen-size bed and futon in the living room. It is new construction and artistically decorated with Italian tile work in the kitchen and full bath. The kitchen has Bill's hand-blown glass drawer pulls on the cabinetry and is fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. We even include coffee. The hot tub behind the cottage has spectacular views day and night.
Sage Cottage is on the property once part of a 100-year-old farm and still holds the peace and tranquility of a sanctuary. You won’t hear highway traffic but may listen to elk bugling, coyotes howling, owls, pheasants, and songbirds in the early morning hours. The adjacent field has Black Angus cattle in the winter and is hayed in the summer, so sometimes you may hear cows mooing or tractors working the area. The 360-degree views are breathtaking. The cottage is in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley, close to Hamilton, Montana, with hiking/biking trails, scenic driving, and many rivers and mountains. The Bitterroot River has over 100 miles of Blue-Ribbon trout water, great for fly fishing. The night sky for stargazing is brilliant; Bill has a couple of telescopes set up for astrophotography from our backyard.
Sage Cottage 406 has a 5-star, sparkling-clean rating. It overlooks Hamilton, with stunning views of the Bitterroot Mountains on the West and the Sapphire Mountains to the east. Nearby hiking/biking trails, scenic driving, and many rivers and mountains are also available.
