Drive south on Highway 212, passing through the town of Roberts. 7 miles south of Roberts, turn left at Fox, (mile marker 76) onto the Fox-East Bench Road. Drive east 1/2 mile, crossing Rock Creek. At the "T" in the road, turn right onto Two Mile Bridge Road, drive south 2.75 miles and turn right into the double red gates at 237 Two Mile Bridge Road.
From Red Lodge:
Drive north on Highway 212, immediately past the the Beartooth Medical Center, turn right on Two Mile Bridge Road, cross Rock Creek, navigate two 90 degree turns and proceed east 1/2 mile. We are minutes away from Red Lodge Mountain ski area, Red Lodge Mountain golf course and the Absaroka-Beartooth wilderness area. Yellowstone National Park is only 68 miles via the scenic Beartooth Highway. Billings, Montana is less than an hours drive. HORSES are welcome, with boarding facilities on-site. Wagon rides and horseback trail rides along Rock Creek are also available on-site.
Relax in the hot tub, overlooking Rock Creek, and watch bald eagles soar in the sky above. Sit on the deck and enjoy whitetail deer and moose as they wander along the banks of Rock Creek, watch the Charlie Russell sunsets over the Beartooth Mountains. Tie on an elk hair caddis and fish for rainbow and brown trout.
Kelly's Rock Creek Creek Cabin has two bedrooms on the main floor as well as a loft sleeping area with a king size log bed. All linens are provided. The sofa in the greatroom folds out to sleep two. The unique single bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with service for eight, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The kitchen is complete with an electric range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The cabin is heated with a gas fireplace.
The deck is furnished with an outdoor table and chairs. A picnic table is provided for your outdoor dining pleasure. A campfire ring is available and campfires are encouraged. No camping experience is complete without building SMORE's over an open flame. |
