NetDescriptionsHomestead Cabin offers a unique opportunity to peek at the quiet way of the wilderness, absorb its natural wonders. Take a break from the hectic everyday world. Cozy up in the cabin or live widely outdoors, either way open skies and undeniable beauty beckons the day. Rustic, yet comfortable, the newly renovated historic cabin comes complete with antiques, featherbeds, down comforters, and a Mexican tiled kitchen and bathroom. Originally sited outside of Helena, this wonderfully rebuilt 1800's log cabin still holds all the magic and mystery of the gold mining days. Owner Sarah Muller bought the cabin, moved it, and had it restacked at its present location in the historic mining town of Old Chico. The cabin sleeps 4 comfortably with 1 double, 1 queen and a trundle bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, blender, stove, pots and pans, and a beautiful marbled gas fired stove.
