Animals on display: a silver-tipped grizzly, a blonde-black bear, 2 kinds of eagles, a gray wolf and many more. The main building is a unique 12-sided log building and a 3-story matching cupola built by volunteers. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building is open seasonally from mid-May through mid-September staffed entirely by local volunteers.&#xD;

Along with the thousands of local artifacts, the 12+ acre outside grounds have more historic buildings and outdoor exhibits that are open year-round.
