LIVING, KITCHEN, AND DINING AREA: The third floor is where the living room, dining area, and kitchen are located. The north-facing wall is predominantly windows, offering tons of natural light and mountain views. The living room includes a large smart TV, a Sonos music system, and a cozy L-shaped sofa. Behind the sofa, you'll find a dining table that seats six and nearby is the kitchen island providing additional seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 burner gas stove top, stainless steel island countertop, microwave drawer, dishwasher, and fridge. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: This home is not suitable for those who have trouble with stairs. There is a powered dumbwaiter on the entry/first level, the dumbwaiter stops on the second and third levels and can be used to send groceries or small packages up and down. No riders in the dumbwaiter and the weight limit is 75 pounds. |
