NetDescriptionsIn conjunction with Montana State Parks, Nathan Satran will be hosting an astrophotography workshop in Makoshika State Park. Astrophotography is photography of astronomical objects, celestial events, and areas of the night sky. This workshop will be hands on and last about five hours. Participants need to bring a DSLR, tripod, headlamp/flashlight, etc. The cost of this workshop is $45 per person and is limited to 6 participants. If there is more interest, we can add another night workshop. Please contact Nathan through Facebook or email for more information or to reserve a spot. nathan@nathansatran.net Nathan is a full-time photographer based in Billings, but originally from Forsyth Montana. He has a passion for landscape photography but recently found a passion for a new landscape-architectural photography. He has worked for Montana State Parks, Visit Montana, and Visit Southeast Montana, to help showcase some of the most beautiful places Montana has to offer, especially Makoshika and Medicine Rocks State Parks and Terry Badlands.
