Our beautiful property boasts abundant wildlife, including deer, and many species of waterfowl and raptors. Our hayfields are managed without pesticides or artificial fertilizers to preserve the environment. There is wild river frontage right here for activities all year round, including snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice skating, bird watching, hiking and fishing. In the summer, we welcome guests to a large organic garden and orchard; Our specialty is red raspberries.
The guest quarters are timber frame construction, with vaulted ceilings, a wood burning stove and old world decorating. The bedrooms boast organic sheets and luxury duvets. The master bedroom features tiffany lighting and a king size bed with a primaloft featherbed. With this plus four bunks in a children's room, a hideaway full size bed, and a loft, there is plenty of space. The kitchen and dining area are fully appointed and the bathroom finished in slate.
