Fishing and hiking may be enjoyed here. Clearwater Crossing serves as a trailhead for several trails that access the Great Burn proposed wilderness area. It has a restrooms, drinking water in the summer, and stock facilities. Pets are allowed if on a leash. This is a pack it in, pack it out campsite. Gas is available within 25 miles of this site. Please limit stay to 14 days. No camping fee.
