NetDescriptionsLone Pine State Park offers visitors several miles of trails available for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and horseback riding. In addition, the park has breath-taking overlooks of the Flathead Valley and a newly remodeled Visitor Center that is now open year-round. A modern Community Room complete with a large-screen television, surround-sound, and LCD projector and screen, is available for rent to groups holding meetings, weddings, parties and family get-togethers. For those wishing to hold an outdoor event in the park, there is a rustic picnic shelter available to rent which includes picnic tables, a charcoal grill, and nearby fire pits. Regular adult workshops, children's activities and interpretive programs make Lone Pine an exciting stop for both residents and out-of-state visitors. The site covers 270 acres and ranges between 2,959 and 3,709 feet in elevation. The day use fee is $5 per vehicle.
