NetDescriptionsChildren ages 7-13 and parents are invited to join Makoshika State Park staff this summer for an exciting and educational experience! Starting June 3rd Park Staff will be meeting program attendees at the visitor center every Thursday at 9:30-11:30AM, with the final session on July 29th. Children who attend four or more sessions will be eligible for an overnight campout August 4th - 5th. Participants will explore a variety of hands-on natural science topics as well as craft making, game playing, and snacks. The Summer Youth Program is free to the public. Registration forms are available at the visitor center.
