Registration for the Tournament runs from 4:30-6:45 pm at the Holiday Inn in West Yellowstone, where the Social Hour begins at 5:00 pm, including a complimentary dinner for all registered team members, with cash bar and Montana Spirit tastings available.
At 6:00 pm, there will be a Presentation by nationally-ranked ice fishermen geared toward educating fishers to the world of tournament ice fishing and the newest products in the industry.
The Rules Meeting, which is mandatory for at least one member of each team, starts at 7 pm. At the Rules Meeting, the exact starting time for the contest the following morning will be announced.

The other half of the Calcutta money pool goes to the non-profit West Yellowstone Foundation to add to its grants to the community throughout the year.
Sunday
The Check-in and Contest starts shortly after daylight with the exact starting time announced at the mandatory Rules Meeting the night before. Teams go out on the ice on Hebgen Lake from Kirkwood Resort & Marina starting positions determined by rendom draw prior to Rules Meeting Saturday night. Fishing continues until 1:00 pm, when all teams must be off the ice for the Weigh-in.
Please be aware there is private property along the lkae's edge especially to the west of Kirkwood Marina. No access to the lake for the tournament or for pre-fishing is allowed through private property. Please show courtesy to those lake front home owners when fishing Hebgen Lake. |
