Mountain views, especially during winter, when the leaves are off the deciduous trees. KITCHEN: open to the dining and living areas; extra large gas cooktop; custom spice rack. MASTER: bedroom - king bed; 2 closets. Master bath -- 2 shower heads with separate controls and custom glass tile; toilet in area separated by pocket door. 2ND BEDROOM -- on the ground floor with a king bed; bathroom adjacent with luxurious shower and custom everything. SLEEPING LOFT: accessed via a pivoting staircase (national award-winning small project!); double bed, twin bed, upholstered chair, and dresser. A very cozy space. 3 BALCONIES: off the kitchen, south-facing, and with a propane grill; off the living room, north-facing; and off the master bedroom, south-facing. BONUS for CYCLISTS or SKIERS: I'm a cyclist (road, gravel & mountain biking) and a skier (most often Nordic but also alpine and backcountry). I have lots of info for your cycling or skiing adventures and work stands and tools that you could use.
