With a backdrop of several mountain ranges and the famed Yellowstone River, you couldn't ask for a more beautiful location. In addition to world class fishing, the area offers great hiking, biking, horseback riding, floating and boating and is only 50 miles or less from Yellowstone Park. The town of Livingston provides great dining, interesting shops, galleries and museum but still retains the Western flavor.
Our properties range from small cottages in town to luxury homes on the river. Most are available by the week but sometimes shorter stays are possible. We personally manage each of our properties and consider ourselves your hosts.

Some of our properties are available year round. Downhill skiing is available at Bridger Bowl, which is about 45 minutes away, and also at the Big Sky Resort. Yellowstone Park is breathtaking in winter and a great place to cross country ski, or snow shoe. Consider spending Christmas or other Holidays in one of our houses with family or friends
