NetDescriptionsWolf Creek flows through lands of mixed ownership, however, the railroad follows and crosses the creek in numerous places, so access is no problem. There is a waterfall about 8 miles from the headwaters of the creek. Fishing above the falls is limited, but the stream itself averages 10 feet wide and 10 inches deep, with numerous good pools. Brook trout is the most common specie in Wolf creek. Little Wolf Creek flows into Wolf Creek from the southeast, and approximately 5 miles of Little Wolf creek are fishable.
